1, SNS Active Protection System

(1) WICCO System

The WICCO System is the first generation of Slope stabilization system, mainly consists of Diamond Wire Rope Net. For the early application, The WICCO System technology has quite mature. And The System is extensive application in recent years.

Components

The WICCO system consists of the diamond wire rope net, grid net, anchors, anchor bearing plate , border and seaming ropes and net connection elements.

Standard Specification:

Diamond wire rope net: Rope wire diameter: 8mm

                    Hole size: 300mm (+/- 5%)

                    Roll size: 4m x 4m, 4.5m x 4.5m etc.

Grid net:: Wire diameter: 2.0mm or 2.2mm

        Hole size: 50mm*50mm

        Roll size: 2m*20m

Anchors: Deformed steel bar anchor diameter: 25mm or 28mm

        Length:2m -5m 

Anchor bearing plate:  320mm x 170/180mm

Rope: Border rope diameter: 12mm or 16mm

      Seaming rope diameter: 8mm

(2) NACCO System

The NACCO System is the same as WICCO System, the only difference is that In NACCO System, there have a layer of plastic on the outside of the rope wire.

(3) TECCO System

The TECCO steel wire mesh is made by 3mm high-tensile steel wire. And with anchors the TECCO steel wire mesh covers over the slope tensioning and firmly.

The TECCO system consists of the TECCO steel wire mesh, anchors, anchor bearing plate , border and suture ropes and net connection elements.

TECCO steel wire mesh:  wire diameter::3mm,

                    Hole Inscribed circle diameter: 65mm (+/- 5%)

                    Roll size: 3.3m x 10/20/30m

Anchors: Deformed steel bar anchor diameter: 25mm or 28mm

        Length:2m -5m 

Anchor bearing plate: 320mm x 170/180mm

Rope: Border rope diameter: 12mm or 16mm

      Seaming rope diameter: 8mm

(4) SPIDER System

The SPIDER spiral rope net made by high tensile 3 mm steel wire, which is the mainly component of the SPIDER System. SPIDER  net with a layer of grid net stabilizes large areas of rock with anchors and boundary ropes. Unstable rocks are wrapped with a layer of spiral net and a layer of grid net and anchored all around with boundary ropes.

2, SNS Passive Protection System

(1) The Passive SNS shielding system

The Passive SNS shielding system is also called stone blocking mesh, made by flexible steel wire rope netting installed in the slopes to stop the falling rocks . It can also be installed in the mud-rock flow area to form the flexible fencing dam to stop the huge solid pellets in the flow.

Diamond wire rope net: Rope wire diameter: 8mm

                    Hole size: 200mm (+/- 5%)

                    Roll size: 4m x 5m, etc.

Grid net:: Wire diameter: 2.0mm or 2.2mm

        Hole size: 50mm*50mm

Anchors: Steel Rope anchor diameter: 16mm

        Length:2x2m

(2)Ring Network System

Ring network system is a passive protection system, a special branch, which has a passive protection system than the average strength of a higher character. The same applies to construction facilities in the buffer zone next to the mountains and little hills, the rock fall, flying stones, avalanches, landslides blocked the building facilities, building facilities to avoid the disasters on the destruction.
