SPECIFICATION DETAILS:
1) BASE: 3 mm steel profile; 4 welded (container) corner castings with dimensions according with ISO norms.
Floor: 18 mm plywood, water resistant (V100), free of formaldehyde (E1); 1.5mm synthetic floor covering, welded seams; water soluble adhesive, environment friendly.
Floor base: 0.6 mm galvanized sheet metal.
Load bearing capacity: 2.5kN/m2 working load..
Insulation: 100 mm mineral-wool slabs (density 16-24 kg/m3 ; flash point class A-not flammable; smoke density class Q1-low smoke emission, in accordance with NORM B 3800).
K-value: 0.3 W/m2K.
2) ROOF:3mm welded steel profile; 4 (welded) container castings, deimensions in accordance with ISO norms, wooden perlins
Roof covering: 1.6 mm welded steel,
Geometry: Die-stamped corrugated steel plate.
Features : Roof panel will be cambered with 5mm Min upward to ensure complete water drainage.
Assembly : Butt welded together to form one panel by automatic MIG welding
Load bearing capacity: 2,5KN/m2
Roof covering/interior: 8 mm chipboard overlaid insides; colour: white; V20 quality, free of formaldehyde (E1).Insulation: 100 mm mineral-wool slabs (density 16-24 kg/m3).To avoid cold bridges, the also the roof frame is insulated with mineral-wool slabs (density 16-24 kg/m3)
K-value: 0.3 W/m2K.
3) CORNER POSTS
Profile: Cold rolled 4 mm steel profile.
Fitting: The four corner posts are fitted with the base frame and the roof frame with a screwing. In this manner C I L C Module-Containers are collapsible and can be transported in packages.
Insulation: To avoid cold bridges, the corner posts are insulated with mineral-wool slabs (density 16-24 kg/m3)
4) WALL PANELS
Exterior cladding: profiled galvanized sheet metal, PVC overlaid, 0.6 mm..
Interior cladding: chip board in a thickness of 8 mm with a foil wood pattern.
Insulation: 50mm mineral wool (density 16-24 kg/m3) in the wood framework.
Load bearing capacity: 0.5 Kn/m2
K-value: 0.03W/m2K.
5) SURFACE PRESERVATION
All steel profiles will be fully abrasive shot blasted and coated with a primer prior to assembling, all sheet metals will be hot-dipping zinc galvanized.
6) PAINTING/COATING
Epoxy zinc rich primer : Min.30 microns (including shop primer)
Epoxy zinc phosphate primer : Min.40 microns
Chlorinated rubber : Min.50 microns
Total D.F.T. Min.120 microns
All zinc galvanized sheet metals are PVC overlaid in standard colours.
7) WINDOWS- 1SET
885*1200 mm The windows are build with PVC materials and fitted with guard against left net. They are
equipped with a blinding system,, and a insect net.
8) EXTERIOR DOORS:Aluminium – door with blind, door opening width 900/2000 mm.
9) ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:
Electric cabling is concealed and resistant specification. All parts will be supplied with VDE 100 regulation.

Earthing : 1 galvanised strip iron earth electrode (2.5*4 mm) with fastening.
