1. DESCRIPTION

IQF Broad Bean kernels are the individually quick frozen product prepared from the clean,sound,

succulent seed of the common broad bean plant (Vicia faba) by shelling, washing,sorting,

blanching, cooling, dewatering and freezing, removing inner skin, in accordance with goodmanufacturing practice

and maintained at temperatures necessary to assure preservationand quality.
