1. Major components
(1) This machines is mainly composed of feed zone, rack, escapegrid, rotary
drum, hood, main draught fan, suction blower of clearing for the second time,
dynamo (or diesel engine), vibration sieve and traction orientation pack.
(2) 5TD-125 has two models, either driven by dynamo (or tractor) or by rotary drums.
The ones with dynamo (1450 loops/min) and belt pulley of φ200 or φ140 with
tractor as hinder driving force is equipped with bridge transmission belt to
ensure the rotting speed.
Another model of rotary drums is driven by dynamo or diesel engine with
belt pulley of φ270. Driven by dynamo at 1450 loops/min, the belt pulley
ofφ188 is used. When using the diesel engine, the customer can configure
the belt pulley speed according to the age of the diesel engine. If the
engine runs at 2000 loops/min, the belt pulley is φ135-140. The motive power and corresponded protection hood is at the
customer’s discretion.
2. Operation Principle
The crops fed in from the feed zone are grabbed by the rotating
toothed nail, moved around the roller spindle in spiral motion by the
force of centrifugation. Under the impact of the toothed nail and
rubbing of nails and combing of the conrave, the threshed grains
fall on the vibration sieve. Due to the vibration, grains fall through
the sieves and fall out through second time selection. The chaffs
are discharged from the machine, either by being blown by main
draught fan or absorbed in the fans. The rest of the crops are on
the upper side of the vibration sieve, and removed from the grass
discharge from the other side of the rotary drums after being
absorbed into the long neck stem of the rotary drums
(no second selection in the type 5TD-50).
