1) We supply free samples to our customers and generally samples of power transformer UL approved can be finished within one week. But Samples delivery fee to customer will have to be paid by our customers

2) Production procedure
First, we will audit our suppliers to be sure they are qualified
Second: we do incoming material checking which comes from our qualified suppliers
Third, we will make samples out of the incoming material we got from our qualified suppliers before we start mass production
Fourth, 2 times checking, 100%, both electrical and physical, during production process
Fifth, 100% final checking by our QC
3) Production capacity,
We generally produce 10 million pieces transformers each year. But for such transformers, we can produce 500.000pcs/month
4) UL/CUL approval for power transformer
