We make packing mould based on each single product'ssize and shape to be sure they will fit perfectly in the carton and then we will put cartons onto a plastic pallet to be sure the transformers will be protected fully against the rough and long ocean shipment.
1) We supply our customers free samples and generally samples for 120Vac to 24Vdc transformer can be finished within one week. But our customers will be required to pay for the samples shipping charge to customer's destination
2) We give our customers 2-year product warranty to better protect our customers' interests
3) 24 hours english hotline, 86-13207512928, for any product inquiry, after sales service or technical issues.

1) ISO9008:2001 implemented, we also apply 5S and6sigma into our production and quality control process
2) We have over 35 years of transformer designing and producing experiences. We started to supply transformers, inductors etc to domestic TV manufacturer and then we shifted our focus onto international markets. Now we export over90% of our products worldwide
3) Product capacity: we can produce 5-8million pieces transformer each year. We have around 300workers in our two factory locations.

Third, we test all the incoming material
Fourth, We will make 5-10pieces samples out of the checked incoming materials before we start the mass production
Fifth, We do tests during production process, a few times 100% test
Sixth, we will do 100% of finished products
Seventh, test reports made by our QC department
