Extruder machine introduction:
This machine line can make XPS decorative material ceiling cornice ,it is used widely in room decoration and Interior Decorative.
The machine adopts the international newest ps profile shapes forming technology with computer digital forming system and PLC electromechanical integration full-automatic control.
The touch screen can control all action system .It has the following advantages: convenient operation, saving material, improving production efficiency, reliable stability,easy operaion,quickly forming ,high automation and so on.
Generally this machine line can produce many kinds of ceiling cornice with different colour as customers request, detailed characteristics are as following:
1.PS(Polystyrene material).
2. Products width:20-120mm/60-150mm
3. product Thickness: 4-12mm/5-15mm can be adjustable easily.
lor and length are customized.
5. Moisture resistant, vermin proof,sound and heat insulated ,environmental friendly products instead of asbestos and gypsum products.

Finished Product characteristic /Advantages:
