Shimin is located in one of the fourth famous CERAMIC/PORCELAIN manufacturing origins-- Beiliu city, Guangxi Porivince. 7 hours by car from Shenzhen and 6 hours by car from Guangzhou to factory. Our sales team-SHIDA is in Shenzhen, 1 hour train from HK and half hour fast train from Guangzhou where Canton fair be held twice a year. It is very convenient to visit us. Sure. We will provide the pre-production samples for customer quality checking before mass production. Once you confirm the pre-production samples we will make the mass productions only based on confirmed samples.

We have 20 inspectors working on production line for checking the orders are running on production line make sure every procedure is perfect for excellent quality. We always pay great attentions on quality control to ensure that excellent quality level is maintained.
Q8: If small quantity orders are acceptable?

Q9.Can I mix order different models?
Absolutely no problem, MOQ for each model might be lower for mixed orders, but that depends, please feel free to contact us for further information.
Q10: How many days will sample be finished and how we control the sample charge?
Samples will be sent within 7 working days after we are in receipt of the payment or your Express Account.
If need to develope new mould and new design, we will charge you sample cost in USD100-200, the sample cost will be returned to customer once order is placed.
If our available samples, the sample charge is free.
The charges of shipping will be paid by the customer. You can pay shipping charges by T/T, West Union, or provide us your Express Account.
