The component of product Luowen new 63 Steel Frame Formwork System is mainly made up of steel frame, plywood panel,scaffold bracket,coupler,compensation waler,tie rod,lifting hook , steel clamp and pull-push prop, etc.

1. The steel frame formwork is 12mm thickness plywood covered with hollow steel.
2. The frame is highly strengthened, and the wall formwork can bear lateral pressure 60KN/m2 while the column formwork can bear 80 KN/m
3. As a standardized system, it is flexible to assemble, wood batten can be filed to satisfy the need of non-standard size.
4. The adjustable steel clamp is convenient to use ,and can hold tightly.
5. There is a prizing part designed in the corner ,which can help to position and remove formwork easily.
6. The plywood is screwed on from the back when connecting frame and plywood ,so the surface of the finished concrete is perfect.

Of 2012, the annual sales value of Luowen Group had achieved US Dollars 25 million, and more than 70 percent was exported.
The founder of Luowen group is Mario, who was the construction engineer of Zhejiang Donghai Construction Group Co., Ltd. before. Mario had worked as a worker in Donghai Construction Group from 1980 to 1998, no matter day and night or being exposed to wind and rain, Mario took all mind and body to work and study hardly, so when Mario was in Donghai Construction Group, he had been the most excellent construction engineer even as a normal worker at first.
At the 1998, Mario gave up the comfortable job in Donghai Construction Group and founded the Ningbo Luowen Formwork Co., Ltd. at the first, Luowen Formwork Company had only 3000 square meters factory and 25 workers, Mario was not only the founder, but also the designer,technicist,production supervisor and sales manager, and this was just the rudiment of Luowen Group.
At the 2005, Ningbo Luowen Formwork Co., Ltd. had built its new factory which is of 42 000 square meters area, there are more than 400 employees including professional research and development team,production team,market team and installing team.
Also at the 2005, Ningbo Luowen Formwork Co., Ltd. decided to develop the international market of formwork, and establish the international department immediately, the first sales team included 3 sales then.
From 2005 to 2011, Ningbo Luowen Formwork Co., Ltd. had purchased most stocks of 5 formwork factory in China, and established Ningbo Luowen Group Co., Ltd. the head office is in the South Business District where is the biggest and most modern district in Ningbo city.
