Q1: What kind of Exhibition will Hueway attend?

Q2: In printing, why it appears warped edge and model does not stick tight enough?
1. The distance between platform and the nozzle is too big .
You can adjust it to about the thickness of a paper by loosing the screws under the platform.
2. The temperature of the platform is not high enough.
Mostly, in the process of PLA material printing, the temperature of the platform should be about 70-80℃,
and for ABS material printing is 90-110℃.
3. You may need to paste a heat tape on the platform.
4. Maybe it is too early to open the fan of platform; you can pull out the connector.
Q3. The Nozzle can’t feed filament, why?
1. The temperature of the nozzle is not high enough and maybe not the best melting point ,
you can adjust the temperature of the nozzle.
2. Mostly, in the process of PLA material printing, the temperature of the nozzle should be about 210-245℃,
and for ABS Material printing is 230-245℃.
3. Distance between the nozzle and platform is too small and the nozzle cannot feed very well.
You can adjust the distance by tightening the screws under the platform.
4. The nozzle is going wrong.
Q4. Why in printing it will appears the shift and faultage.
1.The ABS/PLA filament is not good, has impurity, or its diameter tolerance is too big.
Choose high quality Hueway filaments.
2.The Z-axis screw is not the good quality, the platform movement is not stable.
3.The temperature of motor is too high and filament is melted before extruding,
you need to install a new one.
