Q1.Getting a electric shock when using the machine, why? ANSWER: Printer self have static electric as its metal framework. It wont cause any bad hurt.The reason happened is may because there is no connect of earth cable in home,solutions: (1) Well laying the ground wire when install electroic equipment. (2)Using a wire connected to the metal shell of the machine (which can be connected to the Z-axis stage, at the bottom of the shaft), it lead the other end of wire to a large metal object, such as windows. | |||||||||||||||||

Q2.When the machine is printing process, stick tight enough, easy to have edge warping.There may have the following reasons: (1) The distance between the print platform and nozzle too, you can adjust the platform below Four horizontal adjustment nut to ensure proper distance between the platform and the nozzle, the approximate distance as the thickness of a name card. (2)The temperature of the printing platform is not high enough, when use PLA filament,the temperature setting of printing platform bout 75℃,ABS is set to about 100℃. (3) As the Printing platform self have no anti-high-temperature tape,and Improving stickiness by taping anti-high-temperature tape. (4) The platform cooling fan is early on, you can unplug the interface of the fan, do not to plug the cooling fan for the motor. | |||||||||||||||||

Q3.Filalment do not come out normally. A: There may be the following reasons (1) Temperature does not reach to the melting point of consumables, adjust the temperature properly. generally is because temperature is not high enough. (2) The filament have a knot,filament supply is stopped, cut off the knot, then readjust the filament to re-printing. (3) The distance between print platform and nozzle is too small, may blocked nozzles, appropriately adjust the horizontal adjustment screw to reduce platform. (4) The filament diameter is too large, cut off current filament, to replace the good ones. (5) Nozzle have damaged, please contact customer service if nozzle is damaged. | |||||||||||||||||

Q4. Dislocation during printing 1.The cross slide comes across winding barrier. Check and if have barrier move it away. 2. There is too much dust on the slider rod and enlarge its friction. You can wipe it away with alcohol cloth. | |||||||||||||||||
