Characteristic of   Digital Control Hydraulic Press : 

Aluminum Casting Hydraulic Press (Die-Casting Machine) adopts manual shimming aluminum and fan blade inlet of aluminum process and is controlled by PC programmable controller. It has three word orders of spot moving, manual and semi-automatic, and the work is completed by a triple progress of slowly pressed spraying, fast pressed spraying and pressing. After die-casting, sprue cut on the machine. Y type motor and the similar motor rotor die casting are suitable for this die casting machine. 400kN die-casting machine is mainly used in micro motor rotor die casting such as fan and washing machine, etc with the featuring of small specification, so no need to three level pressing and cut on the machine.

This die-casting machine is with the features of stability, reliability, flexibility, convenient and power saving.
