8.characteristic:
Tungsten heat shield is very good materials for high temperature Hot-Zone construction . It works well at 1500-2200DC.. The heat shielding is make up of multiple layers of molybdenum sheet with spaces between each layer. Generally , a heat shielding often consists of 3-6 layers of tungsten sheet backed by stainless steel sheet . For higher operation temperatures, the number of tungsten layers is increased as well as the thickness of each layer.
