2.LDK Thermoplastic housings
LDK Thermoplastic housings are specially designed to meet particular engineering demand for food ,beverage photo, and the chemical industries. The maintenance and the corrosion resistance characteristics as well as a low weight element has proven to stand the hard working conditions for all needed application.
LDK Thermoplastic housings can be delivered with Chrome steel bearings inserts black oxided inserts or stainless steel inserts for maximum corrosion resistance.
LDK Thermoplastic housings are designed to meet important engineering demand for:

--Corrosion resistance
-- Exposure to harsh chemicals
--Exposure to high humidity
--Regreasable fittings
--Operating temperature -35°C to 102°C

3.LDK Anti-Bacterial protection series
1.Set Screw or Eccentric locking color shaft locking.
2.Solid base design: ideal for sanification.
3.Material:
c 1.Housing in reinforced platic polymer(PBT/PA/PP)with anti-bacterial protection additive
which is effective against most of the common bacterial that may grow in foodstuff like
E-coli, Salmonella etc.
c 2.Protection caps in reinforced PP polymer with anti-bacterial protection additive which is effective against most of common bacterial that may grow in foodstuff like E-coli, Salmonella etc.
c 3.Seal and O ring in NBR rubber. On request supplied in Viton rubber.Viton material offers high resistance to chemical agents.
c 4. Grease nipple in stainless steel AISI316.
c 5.Seamless bushing on mounting holes in stainless steel AISI 316.
