3.Construction
1) UC200,UCX00 and UC300 Type ball bearingd are assembled into the various housings.The bearing insert
diameter surface is of cylindrical bore type and the setscrew are used to mount to the shaft.
2) SB200 type ball bearing is the smaller type of the UC200 type bearing.It can be used in combination with any light duty housing.Though it is small size,it has as high load bearing capacity as that of UC200 type bearing and long service life.
3)NA200 type ball bearing is assembled into various housing and it has an eccentric collor on the outside
of the inner ring for locking to the shaft.Like UC type bearing,it can be used in any place and maintains the
long bearing service life.
4)SA200 type ball bearing is sealed on the both sides with newly developed J and H type seals and it has an eccentric locking collar on the outside of the inner ring.It can be used for assembling use with any type of the housing for light duty.
5)UK200 and UK300 type ball bearing are assembled into the various housings with the adapter mounted .They are suitable to the long shaft or to the place where the shaft diameter precision is uneven,since it is provided with the complete dust-proof mechanism,the bearing service lift is surprisingly
long.
6)SER200 type ball bearing is prepared by providing the snap ring and lubtication groove at the outer diameter
surface of the CUC type.The positioning arrangement with the mbearing unit can be achieved easily and the construction of the housing can be aslo simplified.
