This machine is applicable for filling and sealing various type of capsules, like Upon the buyer's request , able to customize the machine to adapt different shaped capsule cups , such as :
a) Personalized shape of cups
b) Nespresso capsule
c) Lavazza blue
d) Mycup,Melitta
e) K-cups with filer inside
f) Others types to be specified
Except coffee powder, the machine is also capable for other powder products filling and sealing, like cocoa powder, or other drink powder mixes
Following are the key working processes indication, which includes capsule loading, capsule filling, foil sucking and capsule sealing
Standard Features
• All products touching part configure with Stainless Steel 304
• Configure with PLC and Touch screen HMI enable easy operation parameter setting up and error indicating.
• Automatic capsule dropping down and feeding for filling
• Filling range is adjustable by Program Logic Controller
• Configure with auger filler with filling accuracy +/-0.2 gram
• Automatic lid of capsule sucking and positioning
• Pre-compacting before sealing to ensure the filling density and beautifythe final products.
• Vacuum cleaning process to enable no remaining powder on the surface of the capsules.
• Twice sealing design and critical sealing temperature control,guarantee no powder
• Equipped with copper sealing heads , and sealing temperature is adjustable within 0-400oC
• Reputable international components configuration enhance the operation reliability.

• Nitrogen flushing function ( Exclude the nitrogen generation device )
