We are manufacturer which offers OEM service, we can do the packages & box, and many style special printing projects as customer's picture or desgin, if client has any suggestions on the sample we made, we will adjust the sample with no charge for 3 times. We have a professional design team to make the sample meet your satisfaction.
If there is any quality problem after goods arrive at customer place, we'll free provide the new amonut goods according to the damage or broken goods numbers.
We are a professional factory with more than 20 years' experience. We have got BV, GSV, SGS, ICTI, ISO9001 certificate for our factory, and all the products we made can comply with EN71, CE, ASTM, CPSIA, AZO test requirment.
1) When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us.
2) How can I get a sample to check your quality?
We'll provide sample after you pay sample charge to us, at usual the sample charge is USD100 per piece.
3) How long can I expect to get the sample?
At usual 5-7 days after receive the sample charge & design file.
4) What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.Our producing capacity is 100,000pcs/week.
Mostly the production time is 10-15 days.
5) What’s your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Paypal, or Western Union, 30% deposit,70% balance paid before loading.
