High Pressure Processing

High Pressure Processing is a cold pasteurization technique which consists of subjecting food, previously sealed in flexible and water-resistant packaging, to a high level of hydrostatic pressure (pressure transmitted by water) up to 600 MPa / 87,000 psi for a few seconds to a few minutes

High Pressure Processing is a natural, environmentally friendly process that respects the ingredient and helps maintain the fresh food characteristics like flavour and nutrients. It is a real alternative to traditional thermal and chemical treatments.
No heat treatment and no preservatives means no change in taste, plus all of the natural nutrients, enzymes, taste, flavor is maintained. 

HPP processed and shipped frozen.  

Shelf life: 6-8 weeks after defrost.

Our aim is to improve the sustainability of farming in Thailand by encouraging farmers to grow organic products and finding methods of selling them direct to buyers without the involvement of lots of middle men.

This also provides the opportunity to buy these products at much lower prices than are normally charged for Organic products.

Converting from using chemicals is a slow process which can last up to 3 years as it involves crop rotation and leaving fields fallow. This allows us the opportunity to provide some crops grown organically at a lower price if they are not yet certified as organic for exporting.

We can also arrange for the production of frozen products to customer specifications.

We work closely with Thai farmers to help them have a sustainable lifestyle. We can also grow products to order on a contract basis or you can select from existing products.

Our Company was set up in September 2015 to facilitate the export of Organic Thai products. We are registered in the UK Company under Company number 8235463.  We have a bank account in the UK with a major International bank to facilitate International trade.

We are passionate about our objective to help Thai farmers break their cycle of poverty and at the same time to provide fully organic products for a healthier lifestyle.

Our Managing Director lives in Thailand.
