High speed embroidery machine :
1)take dahao 10 inch touch screen computer , model of C88.
2)main motor and XY both take dahao servo motor.
3)head system with double cam with motor jump (LH) . normally machine is single cam with solenoid jump . and even if the single cam also devide two kinds , but the double cam special for high speed running .
4)double cam motor jump need use the special high speed cards . it only high speed machine have . that can let the flat working 1000-1200rpm . sequin machine running 900rpm .
5)high speed machine body , because it need always high speed running , so it must need reduce its vibration during working , so we have one kind special for high speed running body , 400x400x12mm beam much heavy body .
6)color change use the linear system , normally machine use bearing system .
7)high speed special Jap rotary hook , it different with normal speed Jap hook .
8)high speed running always need add oil, so machine install the auto oil system
9)top tension also use special for high speed running , it can pass the thread more fluently , much reduce thread cut problem
