Configuration and characteristics:
1. The machine adopts auto-tool changing, with a row of tools which can move together with gantry. 8 tool changer in line, following under gantry. 12 cutters( φ6, φ12.7), 2 collets, 2 tool holder. The main electrical parts and mechanical components are world leading brand.
2. The machine adopts 7.5KW water cooling spindle, low noise, durable and long lifetime.
3. Three axis adopts with imported linear square guide rail, ball screw for Z axis and gear-wheel for X and Y axis, it ensure the accuracy and keep fast running.
4. Three axis useJapan servo motors and driver, accurate position, low error rate and smooth running.
5. Standard integrated control system, 7 inch LED display, competitive price and High reliability, with WinCE-based operating system platform, virus-free, maintenance-free, easy to operate, convenient upgrade. Using "speed adaptive optimization algorithm", processing relief with high efficiency, excellent details, compatible the NC/ENG/DXF files and other processing, support breakpoint continue engraving, compensation of ball screw error and other advanced features, keyboard keys use imports micro-switches, with long lifetime.
6. Whole machine is welded with seamless steel structure, after the processing, no deformation, durable.
7. The auto oiling system can lubricate the transmitting parts effectively, and improve the lifespan of the machine.

11. Table Surface:vaccum suction table surface and T-Slot which can handle wood, plastic, also can handle aluminium material. But aluminium plate should be thin. Vaccum Suction Table Surface is seperated into 6 sections to handle different size of soft plate material.

This machine can engrave a flower-shaped carved door skin in three minutes with the speed 20m/min, if change the tool, each changing need 20s, so it can complete 150pcs door skin, 75pcs door in one day (eight hour working),
