Product Introduction
QC490 Series diesel engine is four cylinder, inline, water-cooled, four stroke with high speed diesel engine speed. The series diesel engine was developed by QuanChai ,integrated domestic and international advanced design concepts, reasonable arrangement of power transfer path, cooling water and lubricating oil path,with finite element analysis of the key parts. and optimization design, the engine has strong power,economic porformance and high reliability. Is the ideal power for low-speed truck.
Product features
Through the finite element analysis of the cylinder block,adopted double surface design, with reasonable stiffener, rigidity of cylinder block is greatly enhanced.
Cylinder liner is by platform honing, with optimization piston ring and enhanced cylinder block, effectively reducing oil consumption.
With optimization and matching for fuel injector, intake port and combustion chamber , so that the combustion is more sufficient, effectively reducing fuel consumption.
With long-term market test,long service life, low failure rate.
