Our company established in 1997. It is one of the biggest factories of glass further processing in China. We offered the processed glass to China factory of some world brands, such as Toshiba, Haier. We adopt ERP system in the production and strictly follow the ISO9001:2000 quality system which was certified by SGS. The products processed are according to the standard of BS6206 (UK), ASTMC1048 (USA), EN12150 (EU) and AS/NZS2208 (AU).
Tempered Glass
Flat tempered glass is to heat glass up to 700 degrees and then rapidly cool down.
Features
Safe glass, fragments do no harm to people;
4-5 times safer and harder;
Outstanding performance in resisting thermal stress and wind-load
Bear sudden temperature change of 220 centigrade degree;
Special logo and pattern can be printed on tempered glass.

Curved tempered glass is heated over its softening temperature, and curved to radius that requires. By suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air, then tempered glass shaped with a radian.
Features:
Has same safety and ability of anti-impact with flat tempered glass, but it has a higher intensity for the wind pressure and bending than the flat tempered glass.
