1. Bulk can use your own lables and hangtag. Brand name and Warnings can be printed on individual polybag;
2. Shipping samples will be sent to you for approval before shipping bulk goods;
3. Sample fees will be refunded if bulk order is over 300pcs/style/color;
4. Discount will be offered if the quantity is big enough;
5. Rush order can be accepted
Q1: Can we use our designs/ideas?
A: Of course, you can either choose our designs or use your own sample/sketches. OEM&ODM are both warmly welcomed in our factory.
Q2: Can I use my own labels?
A: Yes, your own main labels and hangtags can be used for bulk.
Q3: Can I place a small quantity as trial orders?
A: Defenitely yes, small quantity can be acceptable for first order.
Q4: How long does it take to ship an order?
The leadtime is depended on the designs, some are complicated such as beaded, embroidered designs, but some are very easy as simple jersey t-shirt. Usually, for simple styles within 1000pcs, can be finished within 15days. The leadtime can be negotiated.
Q5: Can I ammend my order after placed?
1. "Yes" for samples. If you want to make some alterations on samples, we can help to make a preproduction for you to check before proceeding to bulk production;2."No" for bulk production. If we've ordered fabric, put in production, no changes on measruements/designs/fabrics and quantity;
Q6: Can I cancel my order?
Only can be cancelled before deposit paid;
For packing: ---1pc per polybag with silicon sachet and moisture-proof tissue, Then 30-50pcs per carton;
---Or can be customized, such as do ratio pack;
For shipping: ---Courier(UPS/DHL/FedEx are all available);
---Forwarder(your nominated forwarder or competitive forwarder we've found to ship or air).
