Three sealing sleeve control valve (Model TYP900)
TYP900 is a new type of pressure balance sleeve structure high pressure difference control valve. Components in the valve sleeve and the valve core is a kind of porous structure, which allows the pressure difference is big, good sealing and fluid channel in an s-shaped streamlined, large flow, good dynamic stability regulator. This valve is hydrophobic economical valve system choice for thermal power plants, also can be applied to petrochemical industry, iron and steel and other industrial automatic control system for control of high pressure fluid.
TYP900 Performance characteristics:
1. Resistance to cavitation, flashing, cavitation resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to erosion
2. Low noise, no vibration
3. Throttling is separated from the seat sealing surface, effectively protect the seal face
4. Ultra high strength material HRC70
5. Balanced valve core, valve dynamic stability is good
6. Linear sealing, leakage quantity is in accordance with ANSI grade B16.104 VI
7. Combination of three seal
