1. BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent

Our Dye Wastewater Treatment chemcial  - BWD-01 WATER DECOLORING AGENT is highly efficient decoloring flocculant applied in the treatment of effluent from dyestuff printing and dyeing . The COD removal rate of it is 50%~99% and the chromaticity removal rate is 60%~80%. 

Main Components:

    Cyanoguanidine Polymer

Application Fields:
  1. Mainly used for color removal treatment for high-colority effluent from textile dyeing & printing mills, dyestuffs & pigment mills, ink & paper making mills.
  2. Suitable to treat waste water with Reactive dye, Acid dye, Disperse dye, Direct dye, Sulphur dye, Vat dye etc..
  3. Can be used in the production process of paper & pulp as retention agent.

Advantages:
  1. Stronger decolorization ( 50%~90%) and removal of COD & BOD( 80%~99.9%)
  2. Faster sedimentation, better flocculation, fewer sludge.
  3. Non-pollution(no aluminum, chlorine, heavy metal ions etc.)

Package & Storage:
  1. It is harmless, no-flammable and non-explosive, it can be stored at room temperature, it can not be placed in the sun.
  2. It is packaged in plastic drums with each containing 30kg, 250kg, 1250kg , or others according to the requirements of clients.
  3. Storage temperature: 5-30°C.
  4. The product would show slightly stratification or appear white at low temperature. There is no negative impact on the performance after mixing up. 

Application Method:
  1. Make solution of BWD-01, mix with 40 times water to have 2.5% solution for use.
  2. Make PAC solution, 1-3% Al2O3
  3. Have solution of anionic Polyelectrolyte, 0.1%.
  4. Have effluent, test pH value, adjust pH value to 8-9.(It is very important, higher or lower pH, BWD-01 works not well)
  5. Add PAC solution, mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes
  6. Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes
  7. Add small content of anionic polyelectrolyte solution, mix slowly to have big floc. (this step is suggestion)
  8. Sedimentation
  9. Check color for treated effluent
  10. Adjust dosage of BWD-01 and PAC to do more test to have better testing result.

2. Polyaluminium Chloride

Description:

Poly aluminium chloride (PAC) is a new type high efficiency inorganic polymer coagulant, adopting advanced manufacturing technique and quality raw material, show the features of low impurity, high molecula weight, and superior coagulating effect.

 

BLUWAT produces different greades of Polyaluminum Chlorides (PAC) in powder and liquid forms. The highly charged Al in the products is optimized for best performance for the different basicities of PAC.  The low to medium basicity products are effective coagulants for treatment of both drinking water and waste water. And the medium to high basicity products are excellent for all ranges of wastewater treatment. 

Advantages:
  1. Its dosage lower than aluminum sulfate (based on Al2O3) and water treatment cost is lower than other inorganic flocculants. 
  2. PAC can cause quick formation of flocs, big flocs formation and rapid precipitation. Its treatment capacity is 1.3-3.0 times of other inorganic flocculants. 
  3. PAC enjoys wide-range adaptability for different-temperature source water and a good solubility. 
  4. PAC is slightly corrosive and easy for operation. 
  5. The liquid PAC is suitable for automatic dosing. Furthermore, it will not block pipes over long-time usage.

  1. Purifying drinking water, sewage.
  2. Industrial water purification, industrial wastewater, mining, oil field injection water, metallurgy, coal washing, leather and all kinds of chemical waste water treatment.
  3. Industrial production: Paper sizing, dye printing, bleaching and dyeing, medicine and other industries.

Application Method:
  1. The user can allocate remedy concentration by test and determine the optimum dosage according to different to be added after they are dissolved and diluted.
  2. The dilution ratio of liquid product is 5-50%, and the dilution ratio of solid product is 2-20%.
  3. The liquid product dosage is 3-40kg/1000 tons water,  and solid product dosage is 1-15kg/1000 tons water.
  4. The amount of specific dosing is based on coagulation tests and experiments.

Package & Storage:
  • Package in 25kg P.P woven bags with inner PE bag.
  • Storied indoors in a dry, ventilated, cool place, and do not get wet.
  • Shelf life: 2 years
  • When transport and loading and unloading the product, should be handled with care.

3. Anionic Polyacrylamide / APAM / Polyelectrolyte / Flocculant

Polyacrylamide is, simply called PAM, a water- soluble high polymer and widely used in petroleum, paper-making, metallurgical, textile, chemical and environment protection fields. There are three categories of anionic, cationic and non-ionic type.
