   Textile Effluent Color Removal Water Decolouring Agent 

Our BWD-01 WATER DECOLORING AGENT is highly efficient decoloring flocculant, applied in the treatment of effluent from dyestuff printing and dyeing . The COD removal rate of it is 50%~90% and the chromaticity removal rate is 80%~99.9%.

Main Components:

    Cyanoguanidine Polymer

Application Fields:
  1. Mainly used for color removal treatment for high-colority effluent from textile dyeing & printing mills, dyestuffs & pigment mills, ink & paper making mills.
  2. Suitable to treat waste water with Reactive dye, Acid dye, Disperse dye, Direct dye, Sulphur dye, Vat dye etc..
  3. Can be used in the production process of paper & pulp as retention agent.

  1. Stronger decolorization (50%~90%) and removal of COD & BOD( 80%~99.9%)
  2. Faster sedimentation, better flocculation, fewer sludge.
  3. Non-pollution(no aluminum, chlorine, heavy metal ions etc.)

Package & Storage:
  1. It is harmless, no-flammable and non-explosive, it can be stored at room temperature, it can not be placed in the sun.
  2. It is packaged in plastic drums with each containing 30kg, 250kg, 1250kg , or others according to the requirements of clients.
  3. Storage temperature: 5-30°C.
  4. The product would show slightly stratification or appear white at low temperature. There is no negative impact on the performance after mixing up.

 

Jar Test Methods:

Application Method:
  1. Make solution of BWD-01, mix with 40 times water to have 2.5% solution for use.
  2. Make PAC solution, 1-3% Al2O3
  3. Have solution of anionic Polyelectrolyte, 0.1%.
  4. Have effluent, test pH value, adjust pH value to 8-9.(It is very important, higher or lower pH, BWD-01 works not well)
  5. Add PAC solution, mix with effluent completely. about 1-3 minutes
  6. Add BWD-01 solution, mix with effluent completely, about 5-10 minutes
  7. Add small content of anionic polyelectrolyte solution, mix slowly to have big floc. (this step is suggestion)
  8. Sedimentation
  9. Check color for treated effluent
  10. Adjust dosage of BWD-01 and PAC to do more test to have better testing result.

Technology

   

  

Application Case of BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent:

 

A. When have biological treatment first and after they make chemical treatment.

In this case they use:

50-80 ppm BWD-01/03(raw)

15-20ppm Polyaluminum Chloride(solid)

1 - 2 ppm Anionic polyacrylamide(solid)

 

First we apply the PAC (contact time 3-5 min with the waste water), after then BWD-01 Water Decoloring Agent (contact time 5-10 min), and after then anionic polyacrylamide.

 

It will give too much economy if we'll adjust the pH 7-8, otherwise the consumption of BWD-01 will be ~20% higher.

 

B. When the treat first by chemicals, then the usual dosages are :

Adjustment the pH 7-8

80-100 ppm BWD-01/03(raw)

15 -30 ppm PAC(solid)

1 - 2 ppm Anionic polyacrylamide(solid)
