The wall system of flat pack container is made of sandwich panels, and the core material of sandwich panels are EPS/XPS/PU, etc. The thickness is from 50mm to 100mm. The steel sheet of flat pack container is made from colored steel sheet(the Pattern can be optional).

The roof and floor of flat pack container are prefabricated at our factory, which is made the installment easier. The roof of flat pack container adopts the overall design, and it has enhanced the air tightness, and water-resistance.

This kind of flat pack container house is made according to the size of shipping container 20ft(6055*2435*2790) or 40ft. It can be composed of 1-3 floors of multi-housing in the horizontal and vertical space. The Stairs, doors, windows, partition position and dimensions can be varied to meet the more requirements of customer, and the interior decoration of flat pack container can be produced according to customers' demands.
