1. Wireless queuing system Construction
Paging system consist of the transmitter ( also charger) HCM4000 and the pager HCM4001.
2. Where to use it?
Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Fast food service, Tea House, Parking Lot, KTV, Club, Bar , Hospital.
3. How many pcs pagers can work with the transmitter?
Each transmitter can work with 16 pcs pagers, suitable for the middle and small restaurant.
When customer wait the table in line the waiter can give each customer one Pager HCM4001, then customer can look around or shopping near the restaurant. when the table or meal ready. the waiters will press the number in the transmitter HCM4000, the pager will alert customer by vibrating ,flashing, beeping. Once the customer return the pager back please put the it in the transmitter to charge
again.

5. Warranty Conditions
We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.
Before returning items, please make sure you get our return address, and write "gift"on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
6. Promised by Seller about Returns
We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can.
We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them, for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.
Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.
On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.
