Basic Knowledge
1. The ordinary distance is 3-5 km, but with the tall building or hill, the distance is shorter correspondingly. When supported by the internet, the distance can reach tens of kms.
2. Under the condition of interne, the two way radio can dial the phone. But for the single radio's ordinary communication, it has no function of dialing phone.
3. People no need to pay for the communication with ordinary two way radio. No matter how frequently you use, you just pay a few dozen of dollars per unit for the frequency covering. If using the public two way radio, then no need to pay any fee.
Attention about using two way radio safely
1. Don't put the two way radio in the range of air bag while it spread. If the two way radio in the covering of air bag, it may hurt the people in the car while spreading quickly.
2. Excepting the two way radio is authorized especially, you must turn off the two way radio under the potential explosion environment. The electric spark will cause explode or fire.
3. Don’t change or charge the battery under the potential explosion environment.
4. Turn off the two way radio first when close to the exploded and primer area to avoid any explode.

Application:
1. Can not talk with other members in the group?
First, confirm that the frequency and sub-audio signal that you are using the same with the other members of the group; if no problem, please confirm other members in the group are in the service area.
2. Appear other group members' voices in the channel?
Please change the sub-audio tone, while the group must change the tone of all the walkie-talkie, or apply to change the frequency.
3. When the battery is properly charged, but the battery life is not long ?
Battery life is up, replace the batteries(Nickel-metal hydride battery charge and discharge times of normal use is generally 500 times, lithium batteries 1000 times)
4. Intercom can not scan?
Not included in the channel scan (professional setting) or the machine's scanning function is disabled when the intercom programming.
5.The whole band have noise after programming?
When programming the intercom mute/noise all open. Non-professionals do not recommend adjustment parameters.
6. Regular "beep beep" sounds after the programming?
Interphone programming mistakes. Prepared frequency exceeds a predetermined walkie-talkie
frequency range or the machine does not match the selected model.
7. headphones become silence after a period of using ?
Talkie ear seat broken . Send repair station maintenance.
