Yeah, we have professional engineers who can speak English, next we will have professional
engineers who can speak spanish , before customer buy our printer, welcome to ask any
technology problem, engineer can talk with customer directly.
6. If I pay to your engineer ticket and visa fees, you can send engineer to our country?
Yeah, we have 4 engineers and they mainly travel to customer’s home and work for our customers

Our all the machine attach manual and viedo, about viedo, you aslo can download from our facebook
8. Does your company travel business to visit to old customers?
Yeah, we have market manager,usually our market manager visit to our agent once every year and
