The vibrating table features:

Working principle:
Vibration table is mainly composed of four parts.They are bracket, countertops, vibration, shock absorption institutions. Rubber springs and 2~8 vibrating motors are
used together to vibrate materials from all directions (up and down, left and right, front and rear),leading to the effect of two or three-dimensional shake)

Application:
The vibration table is widely used in metallurgy,abrasive,food,chemical industry,building material,coal,electricity and so on,used for cast steel,cast iron,bronze, cast aluminum,different structure of various types of castings.
Vibrating table is non-standard series.it can be designed according to your requirement.It can change the granular and power materials from bulk to lump,sharp in the productive process.
You can choose the different type of the vibrating table according to the production characters and requirements.
Our Services
The maintaince:
1.When it starts or stops.If there is a large amplitude fluctuation in several seconds.It is usual.
2.When the machine leave factory,the excitation force is the rated 50%.If you need increase or decrease the excitation force, you can adjust it according to your requirement.
3.After the vibrating table are used, at the first week, a check for screw is necessary everyday.After the first week,the check could be changed one time every week.If the screw loose.Justfasten it again.
