Product Features:
This product is a kind of unbreakable asphalt waterproof cushion which belongs to the waterproof and wet isolation construction material area, it has excellent tensile flexibility.it is composed by the polymer felt, tensile layer and release layer. The bitumen compound layer is SBS modified bitumen compound layer or rubber bitumen compound layer.in order to solve the problem of easy breaking and weak tensile strength; we coat the felt layer with compound bitumen layer and tensile layer. We paint the mineral sand onto both side of the cushion to stop the stickiness. This tensile flexibility waterproof cushion is flexible, at the same time, it has excellent tensile strength, and it is waterproof and moist insulation,it has very long service time, its produce technology is simple and suitable for waterproof project of the base, floor and roof for all kinds of buildings.

Starter course
(A) Trim tabs off all starter course double sand waterproof cushions, so sealant can seal along the eave’s edge.
(B) Complete rest of starter course, use at least five fasteners for each waterproof cushion, placed 2″to 3″up from the eaves edge.
First course
(C). Apply first course, starting with a full waterproof cushion, even with the starter course, use fasteners or adhesives to fix each waterproof cushion.
Second course
(D). Begin second course by positioning first waterproof cushion from the end of the underlying waterproof cushion,-with the butt edge aligned with the top of the cutouts in the course below.
Third course
(E). Begin each subsequent course by positioning the first waterproof cushion from the end of the underlying waterproof cushion,with the butt edge aligned with the top of the cutouts in the course below.
(F). Leave about 5″(125mm) exposure, fasten securely and trim excess overhang at rake.
(G). each waterproof cushion will be fixed by at least five fasteners. If the roof decks with a slope of ≥150 degrees, more fasteners and adhesives will be used.
