Product Description:

 

Inca Inchi (Sacha Inchi) Oil is a natural vegetable oil, unrefined, without additives, it goes through a manufacturing process where appropriate techniques are used and approved by the Codex Alimentarius. Inca Inchi (Sacha Inchi) Oil is extracted from cold-pressed selected seeds, which does not alter the nature nor the quality of the oil.

 

General Properties:

 

Inca Inchi (Sacha Inchi) Oil is the vegetable source with the most unsaturated fatty acids in the world with a content of 93.69%; and it has the lowest content of saturated fatty acids in the world with 6.39%, surpassing the most popular oleaginous used in the world for the production of oils for human consumption.

 

Also, Inca Inchi (Sacha Inchi) Oil has 84% of essential fatty acids (48% of Omega-3 and 36% of Omega-6), which are scarce in nature, are vital to health and contribute to the balance of cholesterol, the main cause of death worldwide. They are also fundamental in the formation of nerve tissue (myelination) and ocular tissue; also, they are involved in the formation of the structure of cell membranes.

 

Some hormones are produced from essential fatty acids; they serve important roles in regulating blood pressure, kidney function, immune function, aggregation of platelets and therefore are key to clotting of blood. The essential fatty acids deficiency causes visual disturbances, arteriosclerosis, stroke, heart attacks, etc.

 

In addition, its digestibility is very high (over 96%), it has antioxidants: vitamin A and alpha-tocopherol vitamin E. Over 60% of the defatted almond is high quality complete protein (99% digestible), and it is very rich in essential and non-essential amino acids, in sufficient quantities for health.
