Introduction of the soybean meal solvent extraction plant:
The oil extraction process is a way to get edible oil through the spread effect between solvent
and fat in oil material which can be dissolved in the designated solvent.
Our oil seed solvent extraction plant equipment is advanced extraction equipment that fixed grid
of stainless steel plate extractor.
It also has the advantages of high yield, simplified structure, less operational failure, good leaching effect.
Our company provides Turn-Key Project for 20-800T/D (rotocel extractor, loop type extractor,
ball-yuan extractor, DTDC desolventizer-toaster,vacuum evaporation,solvent recovery
and solvent condensation recovery).
Features of the solvent extraction plant:
1.It is the most simplified structure of the same type of extractor
2.Replaced with a false bottom plate fixed grid,reducing the movement mechanism,
high safe operation rate,work reliably.
3.Has a “self-cleaning”effect,clean up grid plate without downtime.
4.It can increase the leaching time of the material,reduce residual rate.
5.It can increase the loading factor,increase production.
