Very high corrosion resistance against inorganic acid, organic acid, organic solvent with different concentration.
It's widely used in producing chemicals, intermediates, pharmaceuticals,Petrochemnicals, light industry, pharmaceuticals, pesticide, foodstuff, dyes, scientific research etc.
Specifications:
1). Capacity of Glass lined reactor with motor :50 to 30000Liters
2). Structure: Open type (k-type) or closed type( F-type)
3). Material: Vessel: stainless steel, carbon steel, mild steel with glass layer inside surface; Jacket: Mild steel.
4).Design pressure:Vessel=0.2MPa,0.6MPa,1.1MPa Jacket=0.6MPa
5).Agitator:Different Types(Optional)
6).Reducer:Vertical Type
7).Temperature: 0 to 200 . Degree°C.
8).Glass layer thickness: 0.8 - 2.0mm
9).Cool shock: 110 °C.;Thermo-shock: 120 °C.
10).Glass lined reactors with design pressure greater than 0.6MPa inside the vessel shall be ordered separately.
11). Accessories:
We can supply a complete set of glass lined reactor generally with motor with Reducer, Seal (optional: Stuffing box;.Single Mechanical seal; Double mechanical seal ), Agitator, Thermometer pocket, bottom discharge Valve
12). Properties and Advantages:
1 Corrosion resistance: organic or inorganic acid, organic solvent and weak alkaline corrosion (not including hydroelectric acid, containing fluorine medium, phosphoric acid, and alkali concentration greater -than 30% and temperature greater-than or equal 180 Degree .)
2 Pressure resistance: a) Packing box: vessel: less- than or equal 0.4MPa; Jacket:0.6MPa ) Single Mechanical seal: vessel: equal or less than 0.4Mpa Jacket:0.6MPa c) Double mechanical seal: vessel: 0.6Mpa, Jacket:0.6MPa
13).Glass lined reactors conform to the National Standard for Glass-lined equipment,and modifications have been made for improvement by our company.
Remark:
1. Temperature should be slowly changed while heating or cooling glass lined reactor,avoid damaging glass layer.
2. Glass lined reactor with motor can not be used in hydrofluoric acid, medium containing fluorine, phosphoricacid , and alkali concentration greater -than 30% and temperature greater-than or equal 180 Degree Cent.
3 The user make an indication when operation pressure over 0.4MPa or operation temperation lower 0°C inside the vesse
4 Without heating boiler, automatic heating, clean, no environmental pollution, flexible operation, high production efficiency
