Mainly Introduction:
New technology of the Cryogenic Distillation steam Essential Oil Extraction Equipment:
1. Distillation pot configuration:
Distillation barrel, a fully automatic electric steam generator, a cooling barrel, two sets of oil-water separator, the other connecting pipe fittings.
2. Equipment installstion area: 2-3m2, Suitable for installation site indoor with water and electricity available. In particular, to ensure the stability of the voltage and power line connection security.
3. Distillation pot volume is about 80L-100L, can feed about 20kg materials, if it is dry materials, recommended not more than 50kg, suitable for between 15kg-20kg.
4. Essential oil yield will vary due to the different materials, typically three hours can produce hydrosols 20L, and oil production varies due to material.
5. Suitable extracting materials: Rose, oregano, lavender ,lemongrass, chives, rosemary, cedar, basil, peppermint, etc.
6. The distillation still adopts two layers of steam for re-use and extraction of approximately 1.2L per degree of electricity consumption.
7.The coolant is made with 304 Stainless steel with the density absolutely free from the erosion of essential oil.
