fruit homogenizing machine
Used for homogenization and emulsification of liquid materials with viscosity lower than 0.2 Pa.s and temperature lower that 80 °C (liquid-liquid or liquid-solid). For example: homogenization and emulsification procedures during the production of dairy,beverage,cosmetics and medicines etc. products.
During the operation,the processed materials will be sent to the homogenizing valve in the form of high pressure through the three-plunger reciprocating pump,to make the materials under the effect of overflowing,cavitation and shearing when they pass through the small clearance between the valve disc and valve seat,in order to achieve the purpose of homogenization and emulsification.
