Molten Aluminium Degassing
Characteristcs & Innovation of APR Degassing System:
1. The degassing tank is designed with undercurrent and sealed style, stopping secondary pollution
2. Twinhull structure design, with self-locking funtion.
3. Key parts of rotor drive mechnism are made of heating resistance and corrosion-resistance steel materials.
4. High purity graphite rotor materials are compositedly handled by special materials, which increases erosion-resistance capability and greatly extended service life.
5. Adopt submerged electric heating
6. Double phase flow design
7. Human-machine interface control and human-based quality
8. Each rotor is designed with gas supply structure of double special gas sources.
