1. What’s the minimum order MOQ?
30pc for alu alloy ebike, 50pc for steel ebike
2. How long is delivery time?
30 days to 45 days, depend on model and quantity
3. Can I order spare parts?
Yes, we have all parts list available for our models
4. How about warranty ?
frame 3 years, motor 1 years, battery 1.5 years, controller 1 year.
5.How about the shipping ?
We can arrange to ship the container, or you may have your own forwarder.
We deliver sample by airmail express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS etc.
6. Is sample available?
Yes, sample order is acceptable, but there will be extra cost.
7. Can i choose the colors ?
Yes, Taiwan Y-S painting is available. After color code 9 series, there would be extra cost.
8. What certificate do you have for electric bicycle?
Every electric bicycle has CE/EN15194 certificate from SGS
9. Could I use my own LOGO or design on goods?
Yes. When order quantity is big, you can use your own LOGO or your language manual etc,
10. Could I get a discounted price?
Yes, if you have a great qty of order, we would give a discount.
11. Does company accept EURO ?
Yes. We also have EURO account, not only USD.
12. What is the payment terms?
We accept T/T, L/C, DP, DA , OA, West Union
13. Did you attend any abroad exhibition?
Yes. In last few years, we went to INTERBIKE, EUROBIKE, TAIPEI CYCLE, MUNICH ISPO BIKE, VELO PARK, INTERMOTCOLOGNE, EICMA, SAN PAULO MOTORCYCLE SHOW, CANTON FAIR, SHANGHAI CYCLE SHOW, etc.
14. Did you attend Canton fair?
Yes. Every year we attend Spring Canton fair during April 15th-19th and Autumn Canton fair during Oct 15th-19th. Welcome your visit.
15. Did you export goods to EU/South America/USA ect ?
YES. We have distributors from 35 countries in the world. If you need more details, please freely to contact me.
16. How can I go to the factory ?
Lianmei factory is located in Yongkang city, Zhejiang province, China.
It is 1.5 hours by air from Guangzhou; 1 hour by car from Yiwu;
3 hours by D-train from Shangha to Jinhua (Jinghua is very near to us, only 40minutes by car).
