A Summary
juice sterilization machine is used steam heating to improve the temperature of syrup and achieve the purpose of sterilization. It is applied to pasteurize liquid and semi-liquid materials.
B Structure feature and operational principle
juice sterilization machine is composed of five groups of six roots of φ 25 × 2 tube bundle and shell. The material is passed the tube as three processing flow:two groups for inlet material, two groups for circumfluence,one group for output material.
Steam through the pressure reducing valve, the cut-off valve, the safety valve and pipeline, into the space between housing and ektexineof tube, to exchangeheating.So it can improve the syrup’s temperature and achieve the purpose of sterilization.
The discharge water part is used to remove the condensated water from heat exchange.
