Specifications
This machine is specially designed for electrical ceramics industry to process high voltage electrical ceramics insulator.1. This machine is specially designed for electrical ceramics industry to process high voltage electrical ceramics insulator. The machine body is made of high strength cast iron with characteristic of rigidity and shock absorption. Employing hardened steel, the worktable surfaces have good wear ability and long service life. The smooth and reliable operation of the machine ensures dimensional stability and low occurrence of fracture of blanks.
2. By embedding PC104 into the CNC control system, an integrated system with control system, LCD panel, operation panel in combination is provided for compact size and easy installation.
3. The machine has reverse backlash compensation and pitch error correction function.
4. USB port and RS232 port are available.
5. User friendly NC operation interface, English menu, alarm function are also characteristics of the machine.
6. Because of above designs, the machine is easily operated.
