The machine is suitable for grinding various kinds of precision worms and leadsrews. More infomation, see the detials following.S7520A Universal Thread Grinding Machine is generally employed in tool rooms. The machine is suitable for grinding the various kinds of precision worms and leadsrews. It is also capable of the relief grinding taps, small module hobs and thread milling cutters.
The machine should be operated in a shock-proof, temperature-controlled and clean-kept room.
Main Features:
- Work head speed can be steplessly varied by a SCR-controlled D.C.motor. The speed change ratio to be got is R=500 with change gear combination.
- With high precision leadsrews assy & pitch error corrector , high pitch accuracy can be obtained.
- Equipped with hydralstatic bearings, the wheel spindle has high, rotary accuracy and rigidity.
- Since the vee-type guideway is sliding and flat-type guideway is rolling, the worktable can travel smoothly.
- A hydraulic cylinder is equipped for a rapid approach and withdraw of wheelhead so that high positioning accuracy can be obtained.
- An automatic hydraulic wheel dresser with steplessly variable dressing speed is used on the machine.
- Thread grinding is perfomed not only by single-rib wheel but also by multi-rib wheel.
- Totally enclosed construction is employed so as to prevent oil mist.
