Specifications
M7120 surface grinding machine is a manual controlled surface grinding machine.
M7120 surface grinding machine is a widely used surface grinding machine. Its main features:
Hig rigidity:
1. The machine is constructed in moving coluran configuration with reference to ELB creep feed surface grinding machines.
2. The grinding spindle is of cartridge type and supported on high rigid antifriction berings.
High effeciency:
1.The wheelhead has a 4 KW driving power with an 80% power increase as compared with the suface grinders of the same kind.
2. A hydraulic wheel dresser is provided on the wheelhead for ease of dressing operation and reduction of non-production time.
Optimum economical accuracy:
1. All the test items of the machine are subject to a guarantee reserve for the specified machine geometrical accuracy.
2. Good damping and good anti-wear capacity are obtaind by using bonded plastic guideways.
3. Vertica micro feed s operated with sensibility by means of good anti-waer capacity are obtained by using quality zero-clearance ballscrew assembly.
4. The accuracy in terms of straightness is obtainable up to 0.005/300mm surface finish Ra0.2.
Easy-operation:
1.The wheelhead is capable of acieving rapid power-operated vertical traverse and manual fine down feed.
2. Rapid continuous feed, intermittent feed and manual fine feed are all obtainable for column cross traverse.
3. Column cross traverse and tabl longitudinal travere can be easily and rapidly determined by setting up the respective stops by means of the pawl and rack mechanism without the need of any spanners.
4. All the operation handwheels and set-up elements are conveniently grouped within easy reach of operator.
5.Operation of wheel dressing is easy and convenient.
