S7620A internal thread grinding machine is intended to grind cylindrical or conical threads(55º,60º ) in the ring gauges. Circular or double circular ballscrew nuts can be ground on the grinder. The trapezoidal thread or buttress thread can be ground using the manual wheel dresser provided on the machine. It is important that the grinder should be operated under damping on this machine.
1. Equipped with an automatical wheel dresser, one way or two way grinding can be effected on this machine.
2. Wheel spindle runs on hydrostatic bearings. The machine is equipped with a total housing and oil mist
extractor.
3. Work spindle runs on high precision sliding bearings, backlash of which is adjustable.
4. Two steps of work speed with stepless adjustment are available.
