How do I place my order?
You can send your order to us by e-mail. And we will send you the PI to confirm.
How do I pay?
Please transmit (T/T) the payment to our bank account.
How long will it take for a sample?
It’ll take 7 days for a new design sample.
How do you start the order?
After sample approval and deposit, and received 30% deposit, we will start the production. When production finished, we’ll send you the digital photo for your confirmation through e-mail. After received the 70% balance, we’ll ship the goods out to finish the order.
Deliver time?
30 days after received deposit.
Shipping?
Will be shipped by sea or express, depend on the quantity.
Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
Yes, we could use your own forwarder. If have not, also we could suggest you the favorable line.
