Our products are exported to over 30 countries or regions, like the UK, the USA, Italy, Japan, South Korea, South Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. We have launched offices in the United States, Singapore and Dubai.
We have also been working with BOSCH, an international Fortune 500 enterprise, devoted to special applications of LED lighting. Q1: Hong long is the lead time after we placed the order?
A: It depends on the quantity you purchased, details as follows:
a. quantity ≤10 PCS, we can ship out the goods as soon as payment received.
b. 11 PCS≤Quantity≤199 PCS, we can arrange to produce after contract signed and deposit received, and then ship out the goods in 7-15 days.
c. 200 PCS≤Quantity≤1000 PCS, we can arrange to produce after contract signed and deposit received, and ship out the goods in 15-20 days.
d. Quantity more than 1000 pieces, we can arrange to produce after contract signed and deposit received, and ship out the goods in about 15 to 30 days, it may change occasionally.
Q2: How is the payment methods?
A: It depends on the type of your order, we divided in two conditions as follows:
a. we charge 30% of the payment for sample orders, full payment paid when contract signed. We pay back the extra money we charged on the very product when the very product ordering quantity more than 200 PCS among the sample order.
b. For normal orders, 30% of deposit pre-paid when contract signed, we ship out the goods when the balance paid off.
Q3: Can I place a customize order?
A: Sure, we can accept customize order but order quantity has to be more than 300pcs, we can pay back the first piece of sample fee when the sample order was confirmed. Details as follows:
a. Customer wants to change the photoelectric parameters (The driver can be designated by the customer): If confirmed by our R&D engineers, it takes about 2 working days to evaluate, we can work out the first sample in 15 days, and it charges RMB1500 for the sample. Anyways, it depends on the reality.
b. Customer wants to change the color of the frame material and logo: when we confirmed the requirements with the customer, we can work out the sample at a standard lead time plus 5 working days, and it charges RMB500 for the sample.
c. Customer wants to change the shape of the frame material: If confirmed by our R&D engineers, it takes about 2 working days to evaluate, we can work out the first sample in 20-25 working days, and it charges RMB2000 for the sample. Anyways, it depends on the reality.
Q4: Do I need to change the driver if I want to adjust the brightness or color temperature? If so, do you have any types of driver for us to choose?
A: Our standard match driver cannot adjust the brightness and color temperature, you need to use our other optional driver to adjust the brightness and color temperature. You can check out our document named Ulior Panel Lights Quotation for details. Plus, we don't sell separately of the optional driver on the Quotation sheet.
Q5: There is only two types of length specification of the signal cable on your quotation list, can I customize my own order?
A: Yes. We have two types of signal cable which is 2.5m and 10m, and customer can customize, we charge by the length.
Q6: How long is your product warranty?
A: 1. We can guarantee our LED panel lights for 3 years, calculate from the date of delivery.
2. The longevity of our LED panel lights can extend to 10 years if you use it 8 hours a day, light loss less than 30%.
Q7: Do you have any certificates for your panel lights?
A: All of our P1 Series panel lights come with CE and RoHS.
Q8: Is your panel light side emitting? or how many sides emitting?
A: Our P1 series panel lights are all side emitting, we have single side, double side, and quadruple sides emitting. Different models, different emitting types, for details please check out our document Ulior Panel Lights Quotation.
Q9: What type of LED do you use for your panel lights? How many pieces of LED? why do you choose that type of LED?
A: 1. We use Taiwan Everlight 5630 LED for our panel lights series, for different models of panel lights please check out our document Ulior Panel Lights Quotation.
2. According to our R&D engineers evaluation, 5630 LED is the best quality with the best price at present, and it fits very well for our panel lights. We had also used other types of LED, like 3528, 3014, 5050 etc, but those are out-dated, and we don’t use it any more.
Q10: Other companies mostly guarantee for 2 years for their panel lights, why you can guarantee for 3 years?
A: There are two reasons why we can guarantee for 3 years:
1. our company panel lights improved a lot in the structure and heat abstraction design, it's good on heat abstraction and very light, we take the lead in the industry, and we obtained several patents for our products.
2. We customize the driver according to panel lights, and filled with heat abstraction material inside, we can keep the temperature of all the inside parts under 25 degrees when the driver is in full running, greatly lengthen the longevity of the driver.
3. Customer can choose other brands of driver as long as it adapts to our panel lights parameters.
Q11: How to deal with it if I received the goods and found the appearance damaged?
A: The supplier is responsible for the goods damaged at delivery place.
Q12: How to deal with it if I found there’s a quality problem during my use?
A: 1. You can send it back to our company and we can change or repair for you for free if the goods is under our warranty. And we can ship out the repaired goods in 5 days.
2. The warranty period extends for 6 months for the repaired goods.
3. If there is a problem when the warranty is expired, we can repair or change for you at a certain price.
Note: The shipping cost is paid individually. The warranty doesn’t cover man’s ignorance, the fire disaster, earthquake and other irresistible power caused damage.
