Q3: How long is your product warranty?
A: We guarantee the quality of our DLC UL ERP listed products for 5 years and CE ROHS for 3 years.Calculate from the date of delivery.
Q4: What are your terms of payment?
A: Sample Order 100% paid after we signed the contract.
Bulk Order: 30% deposit payment in advance before production, 70% balance must be paid before shipping.
Q5: What is the light-emitting way of your LED panel lighting?
A: We have single side, double side and all sides emitting led panels. Different models, different emitting types.
Q6: How to deal with it if I found there’s a quality problem during my use?
A: You can send it back to our company. We can replace or repair it for you free of charge(Except man-made destruction) if the goods are under our warranty. And we can deliver the repaired goods in 5 days.
If there is a problem when the warranty is expired, we can repair or change for you at a certain price.
Note: The shipping cost is paid individually. The warranty don’t cover man’s ignorance, the fire disaster, earthquake and other irresistible power caused damage.
