Features of extension spring :
Each coil of extension spring close together and there are pull-tabs at both ends for puling easily. Extension spring possess initial tension which is used to keep the spring coil of pull-tabs closed.
Initial tension only changes in a limited range so as to realize expected load characteristics. Other characteristics, such as diameter, aperture of pull-tab can be customized to ensure that it will meet the customer’s accurately.
How to place an order:
1.What you need to do is send us your design drawing, samples or design concept draft, after that we will assess your products and budget unit price for you.(see bottom charts )
2. We’ll communicate with you again about if there is a need for sample making after your approval.
3. Production time of samples: 3 days for simple samples and 7 to 10 days for complicated samples which need mold open.
4. For customers of first cooperation, we can make a proof for free to show our capacity and high efficiency service to you. As for particularly complicated samples, we will communicate with you separately.
5. Mass production delivery: usually delivery time is 10-15 days, but we can try 7-10 days if it is a rush order. It depends on production plan if it’s a sizable order.
6. Packaging: as to complicated products, we can special design based on your packing requirement.
a) If you are worrying about freight trouble because of your small quantity goods, it will be the best choice to use express. We will offer you the cheaper express price than the official UPS or DHL; for example, 100kg goods only need 6usd/kg and 50kg goods only 7usd/kg. If you just place an order for 1000pcs, you only need to pay very little express charges and gain the fastest delivery.
b) If you place a large order, we will help you ship goods by sea, and we are very experienced to handle with it, we can organize all kinds of goods a whole container and recommend best vessels agent for you.
