3Y152J, 3Y212J, 3Y252J three-drum static compactors are a new generation of static products developed by XCMG Group. The products have high reliability and excellent man-machine environment and can be used to compact many materials such as gravel, macadam, sandy soil, sand mixture, asphalt concrete, coal slag, etc., becoming the ideal compact equipment of road, railway, municipal engineering, airport, industrial site, and park constructions.

Spacious and bright cab features wide view and comfort. The air conditioning can be equipped according to the customer’s requirements.
Unique structure
Articulated turning: Even if traveling through the corner or changing compacting lane, the central articulation can ensure the proper roller overlap amount and uniform force on the whole compacting width, avoiding producing marks.
Excellent performance
The electronic control power water sprinkling can be equipped according to the customer’s requirements, which can prevent the asphalt from adhering. The three-grade filtration of the water sprinkling system ensures the water sprinkling smooth.
Excellent configuration
The special roller drive axle and the maintenance-free battery ensure the reliability of the machine. There are mud scrapers installed on the front roller and the rear rollers, and set with the sand adding inlet to adjust the linear load.
Simple operation
The speed change adopts the gearbox with synchronizer, with 3 forward gears and 2 reverse gears, which can meet the requirements of compaction and site transfer. Adopt single handle control, featuring flexible operation, comfortable handfeel and greatly reducing the labor intensity of the drivers.
Adopt gas booster clutch and flexible shaft control technique.
Energy conservation and environment protection
Low noise supercharged diesel engine with high performance features reliable quality and good economical performance.
Safety and Reliability
The brake system includes emergency brake and hand brake. The emergency brake adopts air over oil brake system, ensuring the safety performance of the machine. The hand brake adopts flexible shaft control, featuring safety and reliability. Adopt the neutral position start protection, improving the travel safety.
Convenient maintenance
The engine cover is easy to open, and the maintenance points in common use are at sight, which are convenient to maintain, reduce failure rate, shorten downtime, and save maintenance cost.
