(1)Wear proof and pressure resistant:
The use practice of PVC floor materials in Europe demonstrates that the correct use of the wear proof layer of the floor materials can resist the wear of a 7-year traffic load, and they are especially fit to be used in the production environment of using forklifts and small-sized goods wagons. Under the ordinary local point load pressures such as of chest legs and leg wheels, they wont become broken, unglued or with permanent recesses.
(2)Fire proofing property:
Being an authorized user of the State B1 fireproof marks, they are one of the products with the best fireproof performance in the market.
(3)Flexibility:
It is possible to maintain their integrity in the course of production, transport and construction; the PVC plastic floorboards, in case being correctly installed, wont change along with the cracking and slight subsidence of the fundamental ground surface .
(4)Anti-chemical property:
With very high quartz content, they perform stably after being extensively tested with chemicals, and are of good anti-chemical property in resisting acid, alkaline, cleaning agents and other chemicals.
(5)Sound quieting property:

(6)Anti-skid property:
Under a local pressure effect, the DISHEN floor materials will produce an instantaneous elastic deformation to increase their surface friction coefficient, so its not easy to slide and fall down when one is walking on them.
(7)Dust preventing property:
Produced through a compression technology, the DISHEN PVC plastic floorboards are of fairly high density; and they have undergone a high-quality calendaring treatment in their production processes, so the finished-products are of higher hardness and better gloss. And they wont produce dust in the course of a long time and high flow volume use.
(8)Pollution resistibility:
Using a compression technology, the products are of high density, and the floor materials may adopt the thermo-fusion seams in their construction to form a seamless connection, which can greatly enhance their surface pollution resistibility, and can avoid the disadvantages of having multiple floor brick seams and being easy to be polluted, so they are of easy maintenance and upkeep.
(9)Electrostatic resistance property:
The excellent quality base material presents a way of avoiding the producing of static electricity, at the same time it is possible to use the hydrophilic hydroxyl materials in the products to avoid the accumulation of static electricity; and the electric resistance of the system can arrive at 1.0×1010, which enable it to have an electrostatic resistance function.
